What tokens buy
- How does the pricing work?
- Tokens are our credit unit. Unlocking a library paper costs a flat 1,200 tokens. AI generation is priced by length — we hold an estimate up front, then charge what was actually used and refund the difference.
- What happens if a generation fails?
- You're refunded in full, automatically. If Claude can't complete your request for any reason, every held token goes straight back to your wallet.
- Do tokens expire?
- No. Tokens stay in your wallet indefinitely, and unlocked papers remain accessible forever.
- Can I get a refund?
- Unused token purchases can be refunded within 14 days. Tokens already spent on unlocks or completed generations aren't refundable, since the content has been delivered.
